Whether it’s your first appointment or you’ve been with me from the start, I’m so grateful you trust me with your hair. As a blonde specialist, I’m all about creating dimensional, healthy, lived-in blondes that grow out beautifully. I’ve taken tons of advanced education classes from some of the biggest names in the industry to really elevate my craft and stay up-to-date on the best techniques, products, and placement methods. Everything I do behind the chair is super intentional — from how I foil, to how I tone, to how I care for your hair’s health long-term. Before your appointment, here are just a few important things to know so everything runs smoothly: ⸻ 📌 By booking, you agree to all policies listed on my website. This includes my cancellation policy, late policy, payment policy, and consent to before & after photos — which help me track your journey and showcase my work. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellation Policy I totally understand that things come up! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 36 hours in advance so I have time to offer the spot to someone else. – Cancellations made within 36 hours will be subject to a 40% fee – No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 75% of the appointment Your time is valuable, and so is mine — this policy helps me offer that spot to someone else and keeps my schedule flowing. I appreciate you understanding! ⸻ ⌛ Late Policy Please plan to arrive on time! I do offer a 10–15 minute grace period, but if you’re running any later than that, we may have to adjust your service and/or a $25 late fee could apply. I want to give you the full experience you deserve, so being on time helps make that possible 🤍 ⸻ 💛 Refund Policy Every service I provide is done with care, intention, and professional products. I customize each appointment to your hair’s exact needs, and my goal is always to help you reach your dream color in a healthy, realistic way.
